Getting started
- Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store (free).
- Open a WooCommerce or Shopify order page.
- Use Copy summary and Macros to reply faster.
Importing the Pro Pack
- Purchase Pro (one‑time): Go Pro.
- Download the ZIP on the success page.
- Extract it and locate the
.jsonfile. - Open Casekit → click the ⚙ Settings button → Import → select the JSON file.
Troubleshooting
The Casekit panel doesn’t show up
Make sure you are on an order page in WooCommerce (wp-admin) or Shopify Admin. If needed, refresh the page. On Shopify, navigation is often single‑page; open another order and try the Refresh button in the panel.
Copy to clipboard doesn’t work
Some environments block clipboard access. Try clicking inside the page, then click “Copy summary” again. If your browser shows a permission prompt, allow it.
Shopify fields are missing (email, totals, tracking)
Shopify Admin loads UI dynamically. Use the Refresh button in the Casekit panel. If a field is still missing, Casekit will keep working with the fields available.
WooCommerce totals or items look wrong
WooCommerce admin screens can vary by theme/plugins and by HPOS configuration. Casekit uses best‑effort extraction. If a value is incorrect, email support with a screenshot of the order page (no need to include customer addresses).
I paid but I can’t download the Pro Pack
The download link is shown on the success page right after payment. If you closed it, contact support@casekit.app with your PayPal receipt email or transaction ID and we’ll help.
