Casekit is built with a simple principle: keep order data in your browser.
Browser extension (local‑first)
The Casekit extension runs locally in your browser on WooCommerce/Shopify order pages. It helps you copy an order summary and paste macros/checklists into your helpdesk.
- No order content is sent to a Casekit server in the V1 workflow.
- Your macros and checklists are stored in your browser using
chrome.storage.local.
Website
We do not run analytics or ad trackers on casekit.app in this starter setup.
Payments (PayPal)
If you purchase the Pro Pack, payments are processed by PayPal. PayPal may collect payment and contact information (e.g., email, billing info) to process the transaction. Casekit receives payment status and a PayPal order identifier to enable your download.
