1) Product

Casekit provides a browser extension and (optionally) a downloadable Pro Pack (templates/checklists). The extension helps you copy/paste content into your own tools (helpdesk, email, etc.).

2) License

Your purchase grants you the right to use the Pro Pack internally for your business/team. For agency redistribution or large deployments, contact support@casekit.app.

3) No legal advice

Casekit does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your support policies comply with your local regulations and store policies.

4) Availability

We aim to keep the website and download flow available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5) Liability

Casekit is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
