If Casekit Pro isn’t a fit, we’ll help.

Pro Pack (one‑time purchase)

If you purchased the Pro Pack and it does not meet your needs, contact us within 14 days and we’ll review your request. Email support@casekit.app and include your PayPal receipt email or transaction ID if possible.

Support first

Often the fastest fix is configuration: import, variable names, or adapting templates to your policy. If you email us, we’ll try to help you get value before processing a refund.

Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in case of abuse (e.g., repeated purchases/refunds).
