Help shape better ecommerce support

Spend a few days testing CaseKit in realistic support scenarios and help us understand what works well and what needs improvement. This is a short testing contract with a product-access reward.

Email first. We agree the test scope, expected time, report acceptance criteria and Pro-credit eligibility before you start.

What you will test

• Shopify: install the CaseKit Shopify app and the CaseKit Chrome extension. Compare support drafts with the customer's question and the actual order information.
• WooCommerce: install the CaseKit Order Replies plugin and test drafts against WooCommerce order facts. There is no WooCommerce Chrome extension.
• Use a test store or a store you are authorised to access. Avoid sending test replies to real customers or making changes to live orders.

What to send us

Your store or site URL and a report covering bugs, issues, suggestions, improvements and positive observations. For each finding, include the question or scenario, the actual draft or behaviour, what you expected and the steps to reproduce it. Include screenshots when useful, your testing environment and any scenarios that worked well. Hide customer names, email and delivery addresses, and other personal information before sharing evidence.

Reward and terms

In return for an accepted testing report, you receive three months (90 days) of complimentary CaseKit Pro, valued at US$57 at the current US$19/month price. The reward is subscription credit only: no cash payment or reimbursement. We confirm the eligible store or site and activation arrangements by email; existing billing is not changed.

What you will do

Explain the app and its workflows honestly, share the Shopify app and Chrome extension through your personal affiliate links, and help interested merchants get started. Tell us about the merchants you reach and what you learned while using CaseKit.

Commission and salary

Earn 35% lifetime commission on eligible Shopify Pro subscription revenue from stores attributed to your affiliate ID, for as long as those subscriptions remain active and paying. A free installation or extension download alone does not earn a commission.

Illustration: 100 referred stores each paying US$19/month × 35% = US$665/month in commission while all 100 remain eligible paying subscribers. This is an example, not a guarantee of income; cancellations, refunds, prices and subscription choices affect actual earnings.

There is no fixed salary at the start. After six months, a fixed salary may also be considered based on results; it is not guaranteed.

Your links and dashboard

We provide your affiliate ID, tracked Shopify app and Chrome extension installation links, and a private dashboard. It shows only your referred stores, their connected Gmail address when available, reply usage and plan. Keep your private dashboard access confidential.
