Does Casekit send order/customer data to Casekit?

No. The extension is local‑first and does not send order content to a Casekit server.

How do I import the Pro Pack?

Download the pack after payment, then go to Casekit settings → Import JSON. You’re done.

Can I use it with my helpdesk?

Yes. Casekit copies text to your clipboard. Paste it into Gorgias, Zendesk, Help Scout, email, Slack, etc.
