How is WooCommerce Pro billed?
WooCommerce Pro is a recurring PayPal subscription for one connected site: $19 USD per month or $190 USD per year. It renews automatically until cancelled. Review the exact price and billing interval in PayPal before approving.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancel automatic renewal from this secure billing page or your PayPal account. An already-paid period stays active until its recorded expiry. Cancellation does not automatically refund a previous payment; contact support for billing disputes and refund requests.
What happens if payment fails or Pro expires?
Local replies and factual store rules stay free and unlimited. When paid Pro ends, the hosted service returns to 25 successful replies per UTC month. Pro activates only after a verified payment, not simply a return from PayPal.
Does Pro remove every limit?
Pro removes the monthly limit on CaseKit service drafts. A security limit of 10 requests per minute per site still applies. Local replies, editing and copying remain unlimited on every plan.
Do I need to buy Pro to use the plugin?
No. Free includes 25 successful CaseKit service replies per UTC month, with AI used when useful. Reply options → Local reply uses order-based templates without AI, free and unlimited.
