Refunds and Cancellation

Shopify app subscriptions

CaseKit app charges are processed through Shopify. Review the price, billing interval and any trial on Shopify's confirmation screen before accepting a subscription. Removing the optional Chrome extension does not cancel that subscription.

Cancel or change your Shopify plan

Use the plan-management option in CaseKit's Shopify Admin app when available. You can also uninstall CaseKit from Shopify to cancel the app subscription. Cancellation does not automatically refund an amount already billed; Shopify may still invoice charges incurred before cancellation.

WooCommerce Pro subscriptions

WooCommerce Pro uses a separate recurring PayPal subscription. Cancel future renewals through Manage Pro in the connected plugin or PayPal automatic payments. Disconnecting or uninstalling the plugin does not cancel that subscription. A verified paid period remains active until its recorded expiry, subject to refunds, reversals or payment disputes. Cancellation does not automatically refund a previous payment. See the WooCommerce billing terms.

Request a refund or report an incorrect charge

Email support@casekit.app with your Shopify store domain or WooCommerce site URL, charge date, amount, Shopify invoice or PayPal subscription/transaction reference, and the reason for your request. Do not send card details or passwords. We review requests individually, including duplicate or incorrect charges and service problems. We do not promise automatic approval, a fixed processing time or an automatic prorated refund. Any approved refund or credit for a Shopify app charge is handled through Shopify's billing process. Approved WooCommerce subscription refunds are handled through PayPal.

Legacy purchases

For a direct purchase made before CaseKit 2.0, include the original receipt reference. We will review it under the terms of that purchase and the original payment method; these instructions do not remove any existing entitlement or legal right.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit refund, cancellation or other rights that apply under mandatory law.
