WhatsApp and Instagram DM support templates for ecommerce: keep one brand voice everywhere
Short WhatsApp and Instagram DM replies for order questions, returns and delivery problems. Copy and adapt them manually while keeping sensitive order information out of public comments.

Verify privately, then keep the reply focused
A social handle alone does not prove who placed an order. Use your established private verification process before disclosing shipment details or changing anything. Ask for an order reference and only the minimum additional check you need. Do not request payment-card details, passwords or a full address in public comments.
Use one brand voice across channels
Keep the same factual policy across email and DMs, but shorten the presentation. Acknowledge the question, state the checked fact and give one next step. If the problem needs an investigation, give a real next-update time instead of repeating “soon”. Save a private case record so another agent can continue without asking the same questions.
Channel limits and CaseKit boundaries
These templates do not provide a WhatsApp or Instagram integration. CaseKit does not read those inboxes or manage public comments. Shopify drafts can be reviewed in Shopify Admin; WooCommerce drafts can be reviewed in WordPress. Copy appropriate wording into the channel yourself and check the recipient before sending.
Copy-paste starters
Replace every placeholder, check the condition above each reply and remove any action or estimate that is not verified. These templates do not send messages or perform order actions.
